My design for the DA Logo challenge.

The design represents what art and dA has meant to me:

-The circle represents the world and the design around it linking it together the union/bond that are made in the site.
-The wings symbolize that desire of transcending our art each time we pick up that pencil or tablet. We each have a different range in skill but we all tell ourselves "there's still room for improvement".
-Simple enough, the fire represents that pasion that drives us to continue with our work.
-By combining the halo, circle (world), and the fire (that's not quite solid) we can see our aspirations: religion (I really apologize to people of different faith but the halo is all that came to mind), events around the world, and the ethereal.

By combining the above, we get something more or less like this:
"Deviant art, passionate artists around the world with similar goals and aspirations united in a community."
