I live by myself, I never knew what became of my parents. I have lived in the mountains with people much like myself, cast away from others because we are different. Humans have sent some of our people to battle with the condition of leaving the village be without their presence. However, if we were to make contact with them, besides the battlefield, we were taken to their reign never to be heard of again. We feared them as much as they feared us. They referred to us as demons, I never knew the meaning of the word.
I could not trace the beggining of the war for it seemed to be as old as the nation and as infinite as the sea. The thirst for blood did not seem to be quenched, war was as intense as it had been the last years. Humans and us, the so called "demons", were sheep to the slaughter for the whim of battles to which no one seemed to know the reason, but raged nonetheless.
